YOUTH SPORTS CONDITIONING
I have 25 plus years of extensive baseball, coaching and conditioning. Being a baseball player myself out of Oregon and being coached by the best coaches, I was able to perfect my pitching, batting, and fielding. My track record speaks for itself when it comes down to the experience I have with baseball. Baseball training and fitness coaching has since then become one of my passions. I break down the basics of hitting, fielding, running, and throwing. When you combine these with strength training, you will noticeably improve your all-around ability to play multiple positions, and improve your game.
TRAINING AND NUTRITION
30 years in Personal Training. I have extensive experience providing tailored strength and body training to individuals. I concentrate on balance by working the core and stabilizers throughout the body. I motivate my clients to achieve their sustainable goals. My focus is making weakness into strength for the body. Every client is unique and so are their needs which is why each session is planned around the needs of the client. I work with individual nutrition plans alongside their workouts.
