Your nutrition plays a tremendous part of your exercising program.  Through “Coaching Towards Health” you are able to eat more of the foods you enjoy, and participate in no more diets “Diets Die.”  We will assist you in finding what proportion of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats you need to get the results you want to achieve

 

What are Macronutrients?

Macronutrients are those nutrients required in large amounts that provide the energy needed to maintain body functions and carry out the activities of daily life.  There are 3 macronutrients- carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

 

Youth Sports Conditioning

I believe that not only do you need to be coached to know the fundamentals of the game, but also need to be coached on how to balance your muscle groups to enhance your game and be more productive. If you have a friend who is interested in training with you, I can accommodate up to two people per session, as long as they are at the same level of play.

Customized Workout Programs

 

Our workout programs are specifically tailored towards each individuals goals.  No one workout is the same for every person.  We incorporate strength training, resistance training, flexibility, balance and endurance.

Form is very important to us.  We want to make sure you are not overusing any of your joints while exercising.  We will teach you how to properly lift without having to join a gym and to use weights that will enable you to make your joints stronger and avoid injuries in the future.

Our passion is to have individuals feel strong, healthy, and pain free.  Not only will we work with you side by side showing you the proper technique, but will educate you along the way.

How Do I Get Started?

We want to make sure that we’re a good fit for you, and vice versa !

Our process is simple:  Call  or text us at 520-403-9384 or email us at [email protected].  You’ll be contacted within 24 hours. On the call, we will outline how the program you signed up for works. Discuss your health and medical history, current eating habits and preferences, exercising routine, overall lifestyle and personal goals. We will then be able to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed and reach your goal to have a healthier lifestyle.

If you decide to proceed with the nutrition, we will put together a customized macronutrient numbers and targets.   We will follow-up three times a week with texts, or phone calls, that are focused on accountability,  which includes  nutrition,  exercising education, addressing your challenges or problem areas, answering food and exercise questions that may arise, and help you stay motivated and inspired. If you proceed with the fitness training and/or sports conditioning, we will find a time that works with your schedule and proceed with the agreed amount of sessions during the registration.
